They are an amazing local company willing to help out! When I originally called, I was really worried about the cost for the service fee because i wasn’t sure how much the repair was going to be. They DO NOT charge a service fee and when i spoke with the wonderful receptionist she said “We will not break you. We try our best to help our customers without breaking their bank.” And she was not wrong. Really loved their customer service! Best around!

Dell Haire Plumbing is a great company with great people. They were the company that my builder contracted and they have serviced my home before my warranty expired. I will be using them beyond the warranty. They are that great and reasonable.

Cant say enough about Josh and James. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They didn't come out to knickle and dime me. We need more companies and guys like them! I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I am so thankful for Aaron with Dell Haire Plumbing. Our property located in Raeford, NC had a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. He was able to get out there and evaluate the situation. He discovered poor workmanship from a previous job as our toilet was about to fall through the flooring. He was able to coordinate getting a team out to correct the unsafe conditions and bring everything up to code. We received beautiful new flooring and he also coordinated us replacing the vanity that was located in the bathroom. He has been in touch with us every step of the way through this process. I would definitely recommend his services as the care and patience he exuded during this process has been amazing. Thanks for caring for our property as if it was your own!

Excellent response time and excellent service on an emergency plumbing call. My only complaint is that the actual cost was several hundred dollars higher than the estimate. Hopefully the repair will completely solve my plumbing issues.
